: The dirtiest and most disgusting hotel room we ever stayed. The furniture in the room are smelly and rotten. Questionable cleanness of bed sheets and towels. Very dirty and moldy bathroom. For breakfast for four persons we got: 1 spoon, 1 fork, 1 knife, 1 plate, 4 soft boiled eggs which we had to eat with our hands, 4 pieces of soft cheese, 4 pieces of marmalade and some bread from plastic bag. The owner/receptionist was unhappy that we asked for sugar for the coffee (basically water with dark colour) and for the thee. The warm drinks were served late, when we were almost ready with eating. The dining room was extremely dirty.

: + Comfortable twin bed (at least in a room 108)+ Easy to find a decent meal and a snack, water, toiletries within a few minutes walk from the property
: - 2 days out of 3 bathroom wasnt available. First, shower didnt work, then boiler broke down and there were no hot water. Eventually some of those issues resolved, like first they fixed a shower and then boiler has broken. All in one: not having a chance to get a shower on arrival and later on is something completely unacceptable. - Room smelled terrible: cigarette smoke, moist carpets, dust. - There is no chair or anything to sit on besides bed. - We checked in late and still there were not enough towels, room wasnt ready and shower didnt work as ive mentioned. Also they dont provide soap or other basic toiletries.- Zero sound proof. - Mosquitoes in a room.

: The building was very old and dirty.There were no towels or toilet paper, when we asked for towels they were stained.The balcony was very small and unstable (we were afraid of stepping into it.

: Room is generally nice and new. They just need to put more effort into cleanliness.
: Bed comforter smelled so bad and I literally had to use my own towel as a comforter. A mosquito in the room kept me up all night. Bathroom has no shelves and I literally had to put my stuff in the floor. Wardrobe doors were broken. Mohamed the receptionist tried to pressure me to cancel my reservation on booking. His demeanor generally made me feel uncomfortable.
