  : The beds and pillows in the double room I booked were comfortable. They will give you a clean towel if you ask.
  : They gave me rotten eggs, and nasty sugar-orange juice for their breakfast. If you go down to the kitchen you can see half of the eggs floating in the pot. When I pointed this out they did not seem to care.I paid for an air-conditioned room but the first night they did not have one available and put me in hot room instead. There is one remote for all air conditioners in the building, so you cannot change settings without hassle. The air conditioning is also right above your head which makes your face very cold while the room is still normal temperature. When I asked where my toilet paper was they said I should go buy some. You are not allowed to bring any female friends to your room at all (even though I booked for 2). The staff are unhelpful, smoking and sometimes arguing with their friends in the lobby all night. The wifi is poor on the days when it works at all, and nobody offered to change my sheets or clean my room in the 4 days I have been here. I have traveled the world, and this property SUCKS.

  : I had reserved a single room with ac, and the application allowed me to modify the date. I know i reserved on short notice, but the room was available on the app. When I went there, they gave me a double room with no ac and the room was so stuffy and didn't have a closet or a drawer even to put my things. There wasnt even a trash bin and the fan didn't do anything from how stuffy and hot the room was except give me a cold. On my last night i couldn't even sleep, i checked all of the rooms on bookings and they have it listed as that they all have ac. When I asked why the room was available, they just brushed it off as that they didn't have time to update the application yet. The internet was also barely working in the room i was in and the room was super dusty. I didn't expect much but this was honestly disappointing, they could have just updated their app, i would have reserved in another place

  : I can add to what I have written before that there is a look on the abandoned palace of one member of the royal family of Egypt from the balcony.
  : The bathroom was not proper, and it needs renovation.
