  : The location and the service was great.The accommodations were as expected. I wasn't looking for the standard hotel stay, I wanted a different experience and the Sphinx offered that. Sherif comes in the morning to make breakfast by hand, everything is fresh, not the box eggs from hotels.I stayed @ the Sphinx due to the location and size of apartment and got a bonus with the Owner Sherif.He organized everything while we were in Cairo, from r/t transportation from the airport to our all day, emersive tour of Giza and Cairo with Ahmed.We decided to book the tour through Sherif bc he promised it would be better than the tours booked online, it was great. 12 hours with Ahmed and he took such great care of us. We did the pyramids, the museum, an aroma therapy store, that healed my sons knee pains, the 1st mosque, dinner, papyrus paper demo + place to get hieroglyphic charms for the family!Our time in Cairo was perfect and seamless thanks to Sherif and Ahmed!

  : The location is great. The fact that you can see the pyramid from the terrace and watch the light shows is amazing. It’s close to near by shops and the owner is very friendly. He made us feel welcomed.
  : The streets can be a bit noisy at night. Could hear the horses, people taking loudly and dogs barking. Sleep was a little disrupted because of that. But apart from that it was all good.

  : The location was great as the rooftop had a beautiful view of the pyramids, the check in was easy and our room was nice and comfortable. Great place to watch the sound and light show. Very safe with two doors to unlock before you can access the lobby, and the host responded quickly.
  : The owner kept asking us to visit his souvenir shop, and when we had to go there to pay for our stay we felt like we were being sold to and encouraged to purchase. It was awkward saying no.

  : very near the pyramids. location is walkable to the site.
  : room 2 does not have bathroom inside the room it is outside. so it was not convenient. it is a villa with shared kitchen. expect other Tenents as well. noise from other rooms expected.

  : We loved this place; it's a bit no frills, but the location is awesome, the terrasse too (although a bit cold during our stay: must be paradise in Summer!) and at least our room was extremely big, silent and clean, with good beds.Breakfast was good, specially all things considered (price and location).
  : For Cairo Pass wannabe clients only: this property is on the south entrance of the site, and the pass needs to be bought at the north...You will need an Uber to go! Otherwise the entrance is really closeby :)The room was clean, the breakfast area - sink not that much...We would go back without hesitation!

  : Property is pretty basic with a good view from the terrace, AC works fine and located right infront of the Light and Sound show. Although the Sphinx isn't much visible due to the tree, the roof offers unobstructed views to the pyramids.Sharif did arranged us with the Taxi to travel within Cairo and outside at a reasonable costs and almost all the Giza/Cairo tours were bookable within the property. Staff were helpful if we needed anything new or to shop in their Papyrus or Essential oils shop attached to the property.
  : Out of 5 nights we have stayed only one breakfast was provided, that too not what we have ordered. Rest of the days, even after agreeing about the time to serve us with the breakfast there was nobody at the property and the phone calls and WhatsApp messages in the morning went unanswered even at 9:30AM one day. We had to walk over 500 meters near the pyramids to get ourselves the first meal of the day, as the numerous touts starts bothering us during the small walk. It was bit disappointing to leave a guests unattentended. Delivery apps like Talabat doesn't serve the area, unless you have a car or pre-booked a tour with the property, mornings aren't gonna be pleasant.
