  : This is a great budget hotel as mentioned in a previous review.
  : Two members of our group were bitten at night and we suspect it may have been bed bugs.We cannot confirm if it was this hotel or the previous one or something else, so dont judge the hotel based on this, we just want to share what weve learnt for the travelling community! When travelling there are ways to prevent carrying them forward to your next accommodation; put your suitcase/bag on a luggage rack (or the fridge is a good place in this hotel), dont leave luggage / clothes on the floor or bed as this is where the little bugs latch on and catch a ride to the next hotel.They dont stay on your body as they are only active biting between 12-3am then they retreat back to their homes in bed frames and skirting boards. They are safe and dont carry disease, they are just annoying like mosquitoes. If you do the above you are stopping them travelling around and helping other travellers. We now know to do this as we love travelling and dont want to worry about this, and we also love staying in budget hotels, and this is a great one! Best to be precautious wherever you are :)

  : Great budget hotel near the pyramids. Good breakfast, great view, comfortable rooms (one has a window which lets in noise so we changed rooms). Helpful staff.
  : Confusion on arrival about our booking, and we wondered if we got right guest house, but manager sorted. Their sister guest house with similar name is 20 mins walk from pyramids.Quite a noisy location in the evening but quiet enough in our rooms with a/c on.

  : Location is excellent! View of the pyramids and sphynx from the rooftop is spectacular! Rooftop bar served beer and wine, along with food. Every single employee was welcoming and friendly! Room was basic and as expected for the price, with all the amenities including coffee and bottled water. Breakfast was plentiful and included some local options.
  : A lot of stairs before even arriving to check-in! Assistance with bags was not provided or offered. Food at the restaurant for dinner was lackluster at best.

  : The accommodations are good, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is satisfactory. The day staff are very friendly.
  : I had two completely different experiences. During the day, everything was fine. The manager and staff are attentive and helpful. But the night staff are terrible and I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. We arrived around 3 am. Our uber started complaining about something in Arabic that we didn't understand. The receptionist approached and asked me if I would tip the driver. I replied yes, that I had given it through the app. But he was not satisfied. I had to explain myself three times and he wouldn't let us in. I thought he was trying to help us, since we didn't understand the driver. But no, he was just trying to ensure that his people would get as much as they could from the tourists. We spent some time there until he agreed that I wouldn't give him any more money and invited us in. Then we were taken to the top floor in front of a room. I thought it was ours, so I tipped this guy and the one who carried the suitcase. But it wasn't, it was just where he would check us in. Then we were taken one floor down to the rooms and, of course, the luggage boy came to ask us for more money. But I had already given up and it wasn't my fault that they decided to check in on the top floor. So I didnt give him more money and of course he didnt like it. The exit was a thousand times worse. We left around 5am and the luggage guy didn't even look at me in the face. We went down the 5 floors with our suitcases, but without any problems. Then a man I had never seen approached us. I warned him that he had left the key in the room. He didn't ask how our stay was, if we needed anything or help with our bags. Anything. He just made the typical sign for us to give him money. But I didn't. Why would I give it to someone I've never met, didn't help me with ANYTHING and wasn't even courteous? So he didn't like it and followed us down the street. He ran after us and screamed until we got into our car. That was terrible.
