  : it is close to the pyramids but in the middle of a highway.
  : it is a SCAM!! we booked a room with a view to the city and it didn’t have any window.Room is not clean, shower leaks all over and breakfast is less than poor.

  : This hotel definitely needs to be checked for its stars. Elevators not working to the floors, reception on 6th floor. carpets are dangerous to walk in the hallway. Showers were with no pressure. On 24th we didn’t have hot water at all. When we complaint, Sayeed said the hot water is not for the whole building. Staff at the reception was sooo unfriendly. No connection from room to the main reception. If we want to contact reception we need to take the stairs because no elevator and no phone. Huge Garbage bins on the stairs blocking the path. Breakfast staff was friendly. We really had to beg for towels and sheets for our family of six. One towel for three nights for six people they said. Water leaked from the air conditioner. Hotel says city view but absolutely no windows to show city. Poor ventilation.Please request the hotel to upgrade so future tourist will not suffer. Thanks

  : Room sizes are very good. We had Pyramid rooms. It was clean and modern. Wifi was good.
  : Noisy 1 room. Breakfast wasn't very good. Sliding balcony door was damaged and couldn't be locked.

  : the location of the room we got was exactly what we hoped and paid for :). the views of the pyramid were excellent and the location is really perfect for anyone looking to explore Giza for a day! The hotel offered us an airport pick up for free, the driver was waiting for us when we got out and it was totally hassle free. if you can, don’t hesitate to upgrade to a pyramid view room, it’s totally worth it

  : We liked the most the Location and the staff helpfulness.There is also the option of a room with pyramid view.For the price we paid, it`s an ok hotel.
  : There was some kind of machine that turned on and off all the time during the night.We had some trouble sleeping thanks to it...But the hotel was clean, for egypt, that a rarity!
