  : 1. So old facilities, even considering it is located in Egypt. Especially boiler in bathroom. We expected hot water shower after desert tour, but failed because it tooks so long to boil the water literally.2. Too noisy during the night to sleep. It is located in the downtown but no noise insulation equipments.3. So cold during the stay, of course warmer than Sahara desert.4. No complimentary water.

  : The hotel is located in a vibrant spot of Cairo within a walking distance to many locations (if you prefer to walk). There are two metro stations close by with different metro lines available. The staff is very helpful and kind. The room is good and perfectly falls in the category of affordable stay not necessarily a luxurious stay. Safety was not an issue but you have to be careful with extra attention, you know, you are in Cairo. No hostile incidents at all.
  : Might be a little noisy at night. The hotel is located on a very busy streets full of markets. This wasn’t an issue for me. Be careful when you take Uber or Careem (a taxi app). The drivers can change route to increase rates so easy. No safety issues though.

  : - the hotel didn’t look like the pictures at all! - it was very cold in hallways and rooms, with no heater offered nor available - the coffee was watered down Nescafé. It’s usually not that hard to serve decent coffee- it didn’t bother us at all but we noticed we were the only non-Egyptian and only women in the whole hotel - the water pressure was so low we couldn’t shower, only take a bath- we also chose that hotel for restaurant on site: the ‘restaurant’ was in the breakfast room and despite being offered a pretty good menu: nothing was available, only grilled chicken and rice!! Fyi: it is the high tourist season Fyi: i always use your site and trust pictures and reviews but this time was very disappointing !
