  : We didn’t receive the room I booked and paid for we got a horrible room with no blankets on the bed and curtains broken lying on the floor. Room was dirty and they wouldn’t take card so at midnight we had to go find an ATM to pay in cash. It was not what I expected at all. I have travelled extensively and stayed in a range of accommodation from backpackers to resorts and this was the worst I’ve ever been in. we had to sleep in our clothes as it was a dirty sheet on the bed.

  : Where do I even begin. Arrive at 3am at the hotel to find out I’ve been moved to a different place. Walk there in the middle of the night and see a dirty, dingy room that is nothing like the photos. The sheets leave nothing to the imagination - multiple stains, cigarette holes, dirt. Next day am moved to the original hotel I booked - the conditions are slightly better, but still the sheets are disgusting. Management tells me “they are clean - they just have stains on them”. Refuses to refund me the last two nights of my stay and just let me go on my way. The towel I’m given literally has a hole in it. The sheets are ripped and covered in different coloured stains. Dust on everything in the room. After multiple complaints I’m offered a room change - however, this is pointless, as it’s still the same dirty sheets. I was so uncomfortable sleeping on them. it was just disgusting. Water pressure is awful in the shower too. I fail to comprehend how the management deems this acceptable. They then lie to booking.com saying I raised no issues during my stay. I mean there was literal dog poo on the staircase! I’ve included some photos in my review - these are of the new sheets Ioffered. I do implore anyone who is considering booking this place - DON’T DO IT

  : The room was incredibly spacious and incredibly good value. The staff were also very friendly, and the location was easy to find and close to transit and attractions.
  : The bed was a little dirty, breakfast was pretty bad, the balcony was shared with another room, and the bathroom was okay.
