  : A very nice hotel and in a good location. Kind personal. Nothing else.
  : We booked a family suite with two queen sized beds but isntead they gave us a single room with one queen size bed. Went to the reception to tell them about it and changed the room to another single room with two single beds. Went down to the reception again and they told us that they did not have the room we booked and paid for available, and asked us if it would be ok to sleep the first night in this room. The next day they moved us to another room but still did not have the view we paid for , did not have a kitchen as it said it would. No refund. The bathroom had hair from the previous residnets and found some lost items from the previous residents too (guess they did not clean the room that much). It is a good hotel and would recommend it but they did not give us the room we paid for.

  : very safe, hats off to the security men
  : the location is right in front of a school, which was very loud and noisy in the morning.bedsheets, duvets need to be improved as they were very dusty and very cheap material.no cups or mugs in the room which made the kettle pretty useless
