  : the rooms are not clean, bed sheets and towels were not clean, AC didnt work well and kept getting down. no room service was done for full 4 days. we changed the room from the first night since it was smelling bad

  : Very conveniently located. Check in and Check out was smooth and fast. Friendly and cheerful hosts. Room was comfortable with a good balcony view of a busy road below. Breakfast Adequate, English type, but not exactly on time as requested.
  : Finding hotel, despite GPS, was an exercise, due to poor sign posting, The New in New Cairo Heart Hotel is a misnomer as it is actually just Cairo Heart Hotel and located in a office/residential complex on the 6 to 8 floors on one side of building. The lift is an old fashioned nightmare with poor safety standards. Only one person could communicate in English, with others by sign, as we did not know Arabic.

  : Location suited my needs perfectly i.e everything was in walking distance.Airport pick-up/drop-off operated as planned.
  : I appreciate that this is budget accommodation, but...- I arrived at 3am only to find out that the room I booked had been resold and I got downdowndown graded (without compensation).- the downgraded room had stainy bed linen and small black hair on sheets. The drawers were missing knobs. All the surfaces may or may not been wiped, but did not invite to place anything on them. The 3 x single rooms are disgusting.- I got my originally booked room for the second night. It was nothing like the photos, but more to the "value for money. Duvet had no cover and obviously had been used before me. Arm chair was stainy and floor full of long black hair ( I am blonde).- there is no breakfast room, so breakfast is served in the hall where one sits on stainy sofas.- the area is noisy, so any budget hotel in this area will be exposed to honking horns all night long.If you stay in this place, you lose right to complain as you have been informed!

  : The room was very clean. The staff were helpful. They let us check in early which was much appreciated after a long train journey. It was a good location for visiting the Egyptian Museum, which was about a 10 minute walk away.
