: the whole experience was not professional. they keep added a hidden fees without any explanation. a horrible experience, never again.

: The Booking web site quoted a price of 72USD. It also said I could pay by credit card. Neither was true. I had to pay 100USD cash. There is no kitchen. I had to ask for towels and got one. The WIFI did not work. I complained about this and got it. The doorman only speaks Arabic.

: - Very dirty and nobody clean the room for all my stay period. - very bad smells. - No staff follow up with you, we checked out and kept the key on reception where nobody was there!! - Nobody managing when the electricity cut off! - No towels, shower gel, shampoo in the toilets! We asked and they gave us only towels. - On this facility, money value is not fair.

: visitors should be alert for the following that they may face: 1. the hotel management will try to change your reservation and downgrade the room for same price, unless you insist and ask for your room, they will pretend that they didn't notice the reservation and your room is booked so you have to wait 1 or 2 days. 2. A/C filters are so smelly and not being cleaned for long time, so you will face bad smell all the time. 3. showers are too small, water pressure is too weak so you have to struggle to have shower. shower drainage system totally blocked. 4. Rooms will not be cleaned, since they don't have room service, so you have to call the watchman and reserve to clean you room. 5. Entrance to the apartments is hidden, and you will have to use creepy elevator which carry only 2 persons. 6. windows are blocked with curtains so you will not have any view or sun inside the apartments. 7. Towels are not available so you have to ask the watchman every time to provide you with new ones. 8. Beds are not comfortable, so expect backpain next morning. 9. No home entertainment like Netflix, apple TV or SHAHED, you will have to use very old TV LCD type no smart TV's 10. Kitchen is empty from all kitchen stuff, so you will have to buy from outside.
