  : good position close to the Egyptian museum and not far from the Nile river. the staff of the hotel was very kind and available to solve every issue.
  : a lot of noise during the day and the night. the shower had no box, so there was a lot of water on the floor after the shower. terrible smell in the room probably due to the sewer.

  : The one hotel service boy who seemed genuinely interested in service when we went fir breakfast
  : The rooms, the sheets, the bathroom, everything was in a disastrous. The toilet paper roll holder was hanging in a broken state. The toothbrush holder plate was wobbly, and the balcony doors never closed properly, so the room was constantly cold. As my huswas not feeling great, i asked if i could get breakfast in the room, and they refused. I asif i could get a water boiling pot, was refused too. On the day of checking out, i asked the hotel to organise a big car to go to Madinaty as my husband was not feeling great and didn't want to book an Uber thinking taking a car from the hotel might be worth it. Ended up getting a normal car, and when we checked later, Uber would have cost us 250 egyptpounds, but the hotel charged us 550 Egyptian pounds. They are miserable when it came to facilities and are only interested in making money. Really frustrating
