  : The only good thing about this hotel were the receptionists even tough they were relaying on their manager (who we never saw) for everything. But they seemed nice and looked like they were trying. One of them helped us with ordering food over the phone, we appreciated it.
  : The room was very dirty, the bed sheets had brown spots and hair when we checked in. Unacceptable. For two of us they only provided us with one towel, but we asked for another and they gave it to us. If we weren’t very tired ( we were on a train for 11 hrs prior arrival) we would’ve left right away. We definitely should’ve. Very sketchy place, they are trying to scam you. We arrived 5 hrs before checking time and the room was available. While in other places in Egypt ( Cairo included) they happily let you check in if the room is available, here they wanted us to pay not for full night, but more if we wanted to check in early. We had paid about $28 for one night and we were willing to pay for early check in, however after checking with his manager the guy told us that that would cost us $15, when we proceeded to pay it turned out to be $40. We agreed to pay for one extra night if we arrive earlier around 4-5am, but we arrived around 8am. Also, a night was $28, not $40. I told the front desk guy directly that that’s very sketchy and that we would go to another place if we can cancel that night. The bathroom they had on the floor was nasty, no toilet paper and nowhere to wash your hands. This is in corona time. They are also trying to push you to get some tours they provide and if you don’t take any, you are not good business for them. Then they asked us if we want to extend, one saying they have rooms, another receptionist saying they don’t, while actually rooms were available on few websites. We decided not to give them our business and moved to another hotel. Too bad we didn’t do that earlier. For everything their excuse was ‘ I’m not sure, let me check with my manager’. Who know if that manager exist or it’s just an excuse.Avoid this place like the plaque. Right around there there are many budget options which are way better and cleaner. Btw, the building in which the hotel is in, looks very creepy and unsafe (looks like it’s going to colapse at any moment).

  : Location is excellent. Supermarkets and eating joints are nearby. The Metro station is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The staff members were courteous and helpful. Overall, the value for money in this hotel is great.
  : Breakfast could be provided by the hotel. Also, there is no sign board at the entrance of the building; erecting one would make it easier to find the location.

  : The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The room windows were in the courtyard so it was quiet. Friendly staff.
  : There was no decent space to keep my belongings as there is only one small wardrobe in the room and its doors were broken. The bathroom was also very small and had no shelfs to put the stuff on. The water was leaking from shower on the floor, so all bathroom would get wet and water stream was very volatile - it always went from hot to cold.

  : Well located. The hotel itself and the room are comfortable and nicely decorated with high ceilings and wooden floor. Good bed. Nice attention from staff. Very quiet specially considering the central location (no street noise). Very good value for money.
  : The staircase to reach the hotel (4th floor of a very old building) is filthy. The building is under renovation. The elevator works but it is not for the faint hearted. The bathroom is very small and the water from the shower leaks out to the floor. The shower lacks pressure and the water temperature is not constant. The balcony is actually not a balcony and looks straight at some old and ugly wall.
