  : location was central in downtown, not far from metro.
  : I didn't get the room I booked because I checked in late, and instead they gave me this smaller room, which had a view of a cement wall, a decrepit AC unit that was really more of just a fan, a bed that had a weird hollow feel and concave shape and cover sheet that was sort of clean but with cigarette burns, dingy looking walls, and was quite a bit smaller I think than the room I booked and had some weird little padlocked door behind which you could hear people shuffling around on some stairwell - this room must have at one time been a janitors closet. There was wifi but quite slow - I couldn't send an email with picture attachments. The one saving grace was that the shower was nice, recently renovated, and hot. It was a place to sleep which is all I needed, and they were apologetic, but they should have offered a discount for this lesser room - for $32 you can do a lot better in downtown Cairo. Maybe the other rooms here are nicer and do have a view, I dont know, but I wouldn't stay in this one again. If you're going to check in late, make sure you contact them to confirm you're coming.
